Clunk Tower is a block stacking web game: drop face blocks from a crane that swings from side to side and stack them as high as you can. It is free in your browser with nothing to install and no sign-up, on a computer or a phone.
How to play
ComputerClick or press Space and the block on the crane drops. Turn it with R, ↑ or the ↺ button on the screen.
PhoneTap anywhere and the block drops; tap the ↺ button to turn it.
The next block shows at the top right. On a computer, Esc pauses the game.
Rules
You have 3 hearts. A block that falls off the tower costs one, and the game ends when they are gone.
Drop each block within 5 seconds (7 for the first 3), and within 3.5 seconds once the tower passes 12 m. After that it drops by itself.
Above 10 m the wind blows and the crane sways more, and its swing speeds up as the tower grows.
If the tower falls, the highest point it reached in that game still counts.
Weekly leaderboard
In a ranked game everyone gets today's blocks in the same order; they change every day at 00:00 Korea time.
Your best height this week sets your place, and the leaderboard shows the top 100.
A new weekly leaderboard starts every Monday at 00:00 Korea time. Nicknames of players who are not signed in reset then too; signed-in players keep theirs.
Gold Blocks
A ranked game costs 1 Gold Block. One refills for free every 30 minutes, and the free refills stop at 5.
Practice is free, as often as you like. Practice blocks come at random, and practice scores do not go on the leaderboard.
When a new player opens your link and finishes a ranked game, you get 2 Gold Blocks (up to 3 friends a day).

Do I need to install anything?
No. The game runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install, and you can play without signing up.
Is it free?
Yes. Practice is always free, and the Gold Blocks a ranked game uses refill for free, one every 30 minutes.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. In a phone's browser, tap the screen to drop a block and the ↺ button to turn it. On a computer, use the mouse and keyboard.
Where are my scores kept?
Ranked scores are saved on the server's weekly leaderboard, linked to a random player ID kept in this browser. Your practice best stays in this browser only. Sign in to carry on with the same records on another device.
