1. The app

Hexa Garden: Tile Sort is a game app on Google Play. Signing in with Google Play Games saves your progress and records to your Google account, so they carry over to a new phone. The app contains ads and items you can buy.

2. Ads

The app shows only rewarded ads that you choose to watch (a continue or seeds). Every part of the game can be played without watching one. What the ads handle is in the privacy policy.

3. Items for sale

Prices are the ones shown on the purchase screen. Nothing sold is random.
A 30-day item is a single payment, not a subscription; buying it again adds 30 days after the time left.
Items kept for good come back with “Restore purchases” on the same Google account.
Used-up items and period items do not come back with “Restore purchases”, but when you are signed in with Google Play Games they travel with your saved progress.
Payments go through Google Play billing, and the Google Play Terms of Service apply as well.

4. Cancellation and refunds

Ask for a refund from your Google Play order history; Google sets the conditions (Google Play help). If Google Play cannot solve it, write to clunk@clunk.games with the game's name and the order number, and we will look into it.
Under Korean consumer law a purchase can be withdrawn within 7 days, except for digital content that has already been used or delivered and was marked as such before the purchase (used-up items, rewards already received). An unused item can be withdrawn.
After a refund the item stops working when the app next checks with the store.

5. Your progress

Your progress is kept on your phone and, if you sign in, in your Google account. If the app is deleted or the phone is reset without signing in, the progress cannot be restored by us, because we never hold it.

6. Friend invitation rewards

An invitation counts toward rewards only after the invited friend has entered the invite code and passed the goal the game sets. At most 5 friends a day (Korea time) are counted for one invite code; friends over that number on a day are not counted later. Each phone can enter an invite code once, and not its own.

7. What not to do

Do not alter the app or its saved data, use tools that play for you, or get items or rewards in ways the game does not offer. We may stop support for an install that does.

8. Changes to the service and its end

We may change or add to the game. If we ever stop the app, we announce it in the app and at this address at least 30 days before, and we stop selling items from that announcement.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by events outside our control, such as store or network outages. We do not exclude liability for our own intent or gross negligence, or any responsibility the law gives consumers.

10. Disputes

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first settled by talking; you may also ask a dispute mediation body set by law, such as the Korea Consumer Agency.

Changes to these terms

Changes are posted at this address at least 7 days before they apply (30 days for changes against players' interests).
