Clunk browser games are free, with no in-game purchases. Refunds for items bought in the mobile game apps go through Google Play and are described in each app's terms.

Clunk browser games

Clunk browser games are free, with no in-game purchases or ads. Gold Blocks are an in-game allowance that is not sold, so there is no browser-game purchase to cancel or refund.

Mobile game apps

Items bought in the apps are paid and refunded through Google Play. How to cancel and ask for a refund is in section 4 of each app's terms. If Google Play cannot settle a problem, tell us at clunk@clunk.games.

Contact us first so we can resolve the issue. Statutory consumer dispute bodies are also available.
